Dear Friends,

Thank you all for your tremendous support and volunteer efforts.

One of the great benefits of this campaign was meeting so many outstanding people who care about Mesa. I can never thank you enough. You worked hard and believed in me and in the future of Mesa.

Please continue to volunteer and support Mesa's non-profits, schools and business community. Mesa needs people like you to make it a great place to live, work, and enjoy recreation. I am convinced Mesa will move forward as long as good people like you continue to serve and contribute to our community.

Being a Public Servant is not always easy but it is an important service and I was honored to have the opportunity to serve Mesa. My official "retirement" from City Council is at 4:00 PM this Thursday at the small Convention center just south of University and Center Palo Verde Room 263, North Center Street. Please attend if you can.

As far as my next endeavors, I expect to spend some quality time with my wife and family and then get back to work consulting and helping distressed companies.
